Come and join us in our woodland for a back to nature experience. Using skills learnt over a life time of being outdoors, Andrew will take you through the skills needed to be comfortable outdoors in any conditions. Some of the skills Andrew can teach you are
Primitive Fire Lighting Develop your fire lighting skills by knowing where to find dry wood, even in wet conditions, grading tinder for the best results, light fires using flint and steel and friction fire methods. Shelter Building Understand different styles of shelter and learn how to make your shelter using man made materials such as tarpaulins or completely from natural materials. Cord Making Understand what trees and plants can provide fibres for natural cords, harvest your materials and then make your own cord/string to meet your needs. Back to Basics Cooking Use different styles of fires and appropriate equipment to eat like a king in the woods.
